THE PILOTS OF GLADES AG SERVICE

Larry Pegg is the Chief Pilot and has been with the company off and on since 1979. Mostly on, except for a couple of excursions to see the country in Idaho, and Georgia. He has logged over 15,000 hrs. with Glades AG. Larry is married and has two sons. His hobbies are fishing and more fishing!!

My son, Jamie Busby is 30 years old and has been an agriculture pilot for over twelve years now. He started on the ground, mixing and loading in high school, and has since come up the ranks. He currently flyes one of the Airtractor AT-502's along with helping out on the management and maintenance end. His most recent project is rebuilding an RV-6.

The most recent addition in January, 2000 is Luis J. Luis. He is of Cuban decent, and was aquired when another operator was bought out. He does very good work and is very dependable. He has been spraying in the area for over 30 years. He is used mainly during the fertilizer and ripener season from May thru September. The rest of the year can be handled by two aircraft.

Lets not forget about me, I'm Jim Busby, the owner of Glades Ag Service with many titles. I'm semi-retired from the flying part, but enjoy spraying when necessary. All the pilots work together on scheduling and does whatever it takes to get the job done. I am married with two children , Jamie (pilot), and Jennifer (College).
